Maple Wood Pizza is our wood-fired pizza truck — a live-fire experience you can bring to birthdays, graduations, corporate events, school events, and backyard parties. We pull up, fire up the oven, and cook fresh pies on-site all night.

Standard package: $1,299 for up to 50 guests. Guests over 50 start at $18 per person. Example: 75 guests = $1,299 + 25 extra × $18 = $1,749.

What is included in your pizza truck packages?
Our packages include fresh wood-fired pizza cooked on-site, setup and service, and package-dependent extras such as salad, dessert pizzas, and paper goods.
What if I have less than 50 guests?
Our Small Local Party Package starts at $999 for up to 30 guests. It is for local events and limited dates only.
What if I have more than 50 guests?
Additional guests over 50 start at $18 per person. Larger events can also be customized based on guest count, menu, location, and service time.
Do you travel?
Yes. We serve local and surrounding areas within approximately 20 miles. Travel fees may apply depending on distance and setup needs.
How long is the pizza service?
Most private events include about 2 hours of pizza service. Additional service time may be available upon request.
Do you charge extra for setup?
Basic setup is included. Additional fees may apply for long-distance travel, difficult access, extra service time, or special event requirements.
Do you offer kids pizza parties?
Yes. Our Kids Make-Your-Own Pizza Party starts at $1,099 for up to 15 kids. Each child makes their own personal pizza, and staff cooks them fresh in the wood-fired oven.
Do kids count toward the guest count?
Children 5 and under may be included at no charge for regular pizza service depending on the event. Kids make-your-own parties are priced separately.
Can you cater more than pizza?
Yes. Maple Wood Catering also offers Italian catering add-ons such as pasta trays, chicken dishes, meatballs, sausage and peppers, appetizers, salads, and desserts.
Can you accommodate dietary requests?
Please let us know when booking. We can discuss vegetarian options and other requests based on availability and event needs.
What happens if it rains?
We can still serve in many weather conditions as long as there is a safe and accessible setup area. We can discuss the best setup plan before your event.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A deposit is required to reserve your date. Your event is not fully booked until the deposit is received.
