Our story
Maple Wood Catering is led by Jurhan Sherifoski, a Connecticut-based chef with deep Italian kitchen roots and a focus on made-to-order catering delivered fresh.
Jurhan began working in restaurants as a teenager and spent years learning the craft across Connecticut before committing to build his own catering brand. He's worked in more than 30 restaurants and spent the last five years sharpening operations and consistency at a well-known Italian kitchen in Beacon Falls—learning what it takes to deliver quality, every time.
